What is the Agent Platform Program?

As the face of the Lifeline Program, agents are the largest distribution group in the industry. The Agent Platform Program is an initiative to assure individual representation and recognition for agent advocates within the industry.  NaLA believes the continuation of its vision is dependent on “one mission, one voice.” Agent engagement within NaLA is imperative to:

• Bring perspective to what is best for the Lifeline program and the communities it serves.
• Help understand what agents need from their industry partners.
• Acquire the resources necessary to lead the charge in assuring the continuation of the industry.
• Provide training, information, and other resources for independent field agents.
