Jon Sanchez is a US Naval Academy graduate with a degree in Economics. His remarkable journey began when he was selected as one of 16 midshipmen for Navy SEAL training, where he graduated as the top student and earned the Honor Man title for his exceptional performance and leadership. As a platoon commander for SEAL Team THREE, Jon led numerous covert operations in the Middle East and Africa. Notably, he represented the US in the Military Olympics, bringing home gold medals from Italy and Pakistan in the Naval Pentathlon.

After his naval service, Jon transitioned to the finance industry, climbing the ranks to Senior Vice President and leading teams of financial professionals across multiple cities. Drawing on his passion for leadership, he founded Team Performance Institute (TPI), quickly establishing it as a key player in leadership development for Fortune 100, Fortune 500 companies, and beyond. As a trained Executive Performance Coach and national speaker, Jon imparts wisdom on team development, leadership, innovation, and more. He’s also committed to giving back, serving on several non-profit boards and chairing Cincinnati’s International Film Festival. Above all, Jon cherishes family life as a loving husband, father, son, brother, and fun uncle. In his spare time, he enjoys beekeeping, woodworking, and traveling with his family.
